Hello. I was fixing a sound card problem earlier which involved me taking it out and putting the card back in. Now I have a problem with the Keyboard and Mouse. In the BIOS, they both seem to work (well, the keyboard does for sure). When I load Windows, at the start screen where you select your user account, the keyboard and mouse don't work.
The keyboard and mouse are both USB, they have power as the lights are on but they aren't working. I have tried unplugging, different USB slots, even an external PCI usb slot that I installed, but no luck. I have even tried a PS/2 mouse but that doesn't seem to work.
Any help? Thank you. Btw, I cannot access Windows because they aren't working, so no in-windows fixes can be done.
