some of it people don't want to be posted, like if you get a PM from someone saying "OMG MA NUMBA IS 0404 853 347" or something then that makes sense. But in your case it was something like "-rep" which should be allowed.

One second, let me just get your IP and post it in the spam forum..
It's easier to have one rule which covers everything really, some people don't mind personal information being posted but others do, it'd be so much more work for moderators to go and ask people if they mind if their information is publically shared on the forum, no matter what information. The time from it being posted to being removed could be several/hours days and the person could come back saying they do not want their information posted by which time half the forum have seen it.

But we've already seen allowing one part of a rule to be allowed while the other not just results in a whole lot of trouble moderation wise and user wise. It's just like half unfiltered words and ultimately there would be further arguments about what should and shouldn't come under it.

The rule is fair and probably one of the clearest rules on the list when it comes to interpreting it :)

But if the rule was changed, its your personal information so I guess I could post it if you liked it or not.
YOUR rep comments are left by other people who MIGHT not want them comments to be seen by anyone i.e. -rep comments.

You didn't post the reputation comment though did you? So it may have been posted on your profile but is not actually yours if I understand correctly.

It may "only be a comment" but it's a private comment made by someone who may not want it flaunted around the forum. Whether its a detailed comment or a small comment, it's still not really your place to post it, and the rules clearly state that posting reputation comments is against the rules.

A5. Do not post private details or information – We do not allow you to post private information about yourself due to security concerns. Disclosing any information about another forum user without their consent is also not allowed. This includes:

Private messages
Reputation comments
Private conversations (MSN, Habbo, etc.)
Images / videos of the user or social networking profiles (Bebo, Facebook, etc.)
Trying to organize real life meet-ups
It is also not allowed to give out the personal details (specific address, phone number etc) of anyone, forum user or otherwise.

There really isn't much more to say on the matter, it's clear that the rule exists, and by posting ANY reputation comment that someone has made on your profile, you are breaking a rule.

Well the rules are pretty clear on this:

Graham, report infractions using this thread (http://www.habboxforum.com/showthread.php?t=279102)

You say this is a thread about private info then pretty much state its about your one infraction.

You may be happy revealing your rep comments but the user who left them may not be.
