I DON'T NEED A BLOODY PORTFOLIO.
I just mean if someone wants a quick bit of scripting knocked up that I can do in a day to get back into the swing of things, I'd like to be considered an option but I refuse to go as far as making a showcase of all my past works, this is in fact due to the instability of Windows and the fact that I don't back up.

Oh if you mean helping people for free than that's totally cool.
I was thinking you wanted to code for cash, in which case a portfolio would be nice because then we could see how good of a coder you are (i.e efficiency, use of oop, organization).

I was thinking that too. Ignore my portfolio statement then.

I withdraw the ENTIRE idea. There once was a time when the Habbox community was a little, what's the word I'm looking for, fun.
I'd like to help - free of charge, that's all. Is it so bad to want to give back something to the community and ask nothing in return without having to be ridiculed?

You Sir, are incredibly non-opportunist.
What if a first time developer comes to you seeking opportunity? He has no technical experience but does possess the motivation and drive to achieve? Would you turn him down, or do you you just like ripping on people who have a lower post count than you or something?

Irrelevant example. You say you can code PHP, we want to see how good you are, that's not asking too much.
And my post count is actually stupidly low, considering how long I've been here. Why don't you go check out Recession or FlyingJesus's post counts :P

If this so called first-time developer couldn't handle the project at hand, i would defintely turn him down...

I have no presentable examples, this a result of (as I have explained now twice) me not having coded in 6+ months. I admit this is my flaw.
I am however looking to build up a portfolio of work with the very same intention which you have right now... Justification.
If you think I'm such a bad guy for having the honesty to say "I'm a coder. I have no previous works. I want to make some scripts" then I guess I'm just an incompetent cretin in your eyes. Whatever, your opinion is valueless to me, and as matter of fact to everyone else, except for prospective Habbo fansite owners.

Given the intellect of Habbo fansite owners currently seeking technical assistance, I'd tell you to shut up.
Sorry, I know those points are unconnected, but you're really getting on my nerves now.
Like I said, 4th time now? Or is it the 5th? I want to code something. Free.
Is that such a crime?

You're misunderstanding our posts. We already said if it's free then don't give us a portfolio.

Oh, and anyone else who might actually want a casual PHP coder, message me :)
Everyone else, be quiet. Instill a sense of peace and serenity unto this blessed thread. xox
