Make new friends... You can still see them outside but gradually will probably lose contact anyway.

carry on with your education at the school which best suits you.

It's always a worry going somewhere different where basically you have to start again but look on it as a new experience and a chance to meet new friends and I am sure that you will keep in contact with your old ones too so you will be widening your social network. Also don't forget that there will be lots of others in the same predicament who are worrying the same as you.
When I went to University it was the same for me but just be positive and start chatting to people you feel you will get along with. =]

well it's always gonna happen, you're not exactly gonna go to same uni/college/job etc as them... just go you'll make new friends. change is gd.

i was is same situation, no one not even one person went to my high school, but i was fine first day i made friends with 3 cool guys, then it just graudually grew, be yourself you will get new friends, you old ones probally wont want nothing to do with you and you wont probally want anything to do with them when you get new mates :)

New school new start, that's how I see it. I now mostly hang around with people I met at the start of year 7 not year 6- so :P

It may not feel like it now, but you will be absolutely fine!
Remember you will now have the chance to broaden you circle of friends, which is never a bad thing.
At the end of the day, life is full of these changes i.e when you leave school for sixth form/college, from college to uni or even when you start a new job. So if it was really that bad, no one would ever do it :)

When i left to a differant school, none of my friends went to the school i went to but thats why i join up on Facebook and Habbo and stuff so i can speak to them outside school, just make new friends like i did and if you don't like the school then you can always move, you don't have to be miserable in the school which you are unhappy with!

Oh you can appeal but yeah I'm 11 and none of my mates from Primary have gone to my High, I'm half way through Year 7 now and yeah it's tough but you DO meet new people.

Trust me, change is good. It's always nice to meet new people and it'll just be the same as when you met your other friends for the first time.
Don't worry about it :)
