I don't know if someone will buy a license then sell it off cheaper.

Personally i don't like vbulletin i find the free phpbb to do a fantastic job, easy to customise and has all the features of vbulletin!

It has been done before, people end up buying VB then never use it. Iv'e seen people ask to use someones VB forum allot on hxf and generally if its a good idea they allow them to use it...
