I'm never buying another Call of Duty again, because in the end I'm not supporting a developer, I'm supporting a heartless corporation which overworks its studios.

Doesn't even pay them (i.e MW2 loyalty fees).

I wouldn't be surprised if other studios under the Active ring sue already.

What heartless losers! I dont blame them for doing this. Still, i'll continue to purchase them lol im in it for the game not the support towards a corporation.

I'll support Infinity Ward but not Activision, this has put me off buying their games and depending how this goes down depends if I get the next COD.

I expect some Infinity Ward employees to leave the studio entirely. Rightfully so.

EA has some interest in transferring some people.

If they win those two will be in the money, a good brand and a bunch a cash. In addition if they win the modern warfare brand I will support them as I assume that alot of things which could have been better (like p2p thingy) without activisions interference but I dunno.
I support them 100%, I want Activision to crash.

Didnt realise that they hadn't been paid MW2 loyalty fees. Hope they get every penny of that $36 million

in all honesty i have no idea what's going on, all i want is for mw3 to be made so they can continue the story, yeah the multiplayer is good, but i loved the campaign, even if it was a bit short

activision were due to pay infinity ward royalties for MW2.

activision then turned round and said that infinity ward had done something wrong (not entirely sure what) and fired the two top dogs.

the two that were fired said that they didnt do anything wrong and that activision made up the claims so that they could fire them and not pay them the royalties.

so the two guys from IW are sueing activision.

I agree with all of that but MP just had the bad connections which I am assuming this is activisions fault so I hope they win and go to a company which will give maybe dedis :P Well I don't think xbox can have them but at least something better then this crap.

Activision's response http://gameinformer.com/b/news/archive/2010/03/04/news-activision-seeking-documents-tying-ex-infinity-ward-heads-to-ea.aspx

Basically "We think they were trying to score with EA (even though we gave them business and creative independence) so we're awesome, look at the size of our franchises!"

Thats not really an excuse? Infinity ward break in october some said? I think so anyway. Obviously they're gonna sort out a new publisher if they want to move to a different one.
