MW2HQ.NET | Your headquarters for MW2

Hello.

My friends and myselfs forum is in development and would really appreciate new users. Once the forum has kicked off to a good start (and the main website is open) then a few Infinity ward developers have PROMISED to come on to the forum for 1hour to answers questions from our users but before we give them the go ahead of this once in a lifetime opportunity we would like to get a big user base so ordinary people like yourself can get the opportunity to speak to IW developers.

Once the site is open it will contain everything from tutorials, map packs, gun packs, updates and even user pages where people like YOU can post videos on quick scoping, glitching and just show off anything you want to. The site will be opening hopefully towards the end of March. More information and previews will be posted nearer to the date.

Once registered, you can enter events and competitions with the rest of the community. From game's of Myke miers to games of Cops and robbers, we will take fun to the max!

We will be moving to a more 'long lasting' domain, nothing will be lost as everything will be transferred. Users will be told in advanced when happening and the transfer will start at night so people aren't affected by it. We plan to do this near November when the new COD is out.

Don't transfer games - keep the old content for MW2, not everyone moves over and so you'll lose a proportion of your founded userbase. Personally what I would do is have your long shelf life domain, and subdomain the various COD games - so for example cod4.myawesomedomain.com - that way you target a larger audience meaning more users, meaning more page views etc etc etc.

yeh good idea, We wasnt going to transfer games anyway. Just keep MW2HQ.NET for mw2 and transfer forum onto new domain and then do new content for new game :)

I hear they are making a cod vietnam. You should make it for the MW series, not just no.2 Also, you definetly need a better theme then the default.
