Playing for our reserves on Thursday. ;)

Fantastic because Carrick has been absoloutely dreadful for us this season and hopefully if no more injuries occour and he gets a few games in the first team i'm sure he'll be going to the World Cup which will be a massive boost for us. (H)

what the hell!
Carrick is on good form atm with Fletcher.
How dare you call him 'dreadful for us this season' !
but yeah, glad he's back in action.

You obviously know as little as everyone thinks. He hasn't been dreadful and i hope you aren't expecting him to come back and be on top form the second he steps onto a pitch. Carrick has been good nevertheless owen coming back will be a boost for team and country :)!

Fletch has been amazing for us. Carrick hasn't, he's form has been dreaful, a lot of people on redcafe agree.. ;)

I more a lot more than you that's for sure. You obviously haven't been watching United for the the last couple of months, probably just highlights on MOTD. Carrick has been dreadful, he's made a ton of mistakes with every game we played and he nearly cost us the match at Wolves with his pathetic clearance.

So don't you dare go on like i don't know what i'm talking about. Plastic suppoter.

Carricks been good in the majority of game's he's played but it will be a big plus for you. Even if he does come back it doesn't mean he'll go to the WC though even though I think he should. I think with Joe Cole if you can get him next season then United will have a very good side bar the RB position.

Hargreaves has come back ... just to get injured again. Well, most likely anyways. Unfortunately he's been fated with injuries, would be a big plus if he can show some form and stay fit for a prolonged period.

You stress me out anyone who says anything against you suddenly becomes a plastic supporter when in reality i have been to many united games including finals and European nights. But i live overseas what's your excuse? When i am in my house in dudley it is a 2 hour drive or less to OT and are there not 3 PL teams in the Midlands at this current moment? Away matches are worth going to - if you are in the right supporters clubs then you should get tickets instead of watching your streams like usual.

I stand by what i said about carrick playing well - he is never going to be a frank or stevie but he does the job when he is called upon. Also i do agree with you John if we can get Joe Cole for free that would be a great deal :)!

The only game i think he's played decent is the return leg in the Carling Cup Final at OT against City. He played very well in that game but after that, he's been quite flat.

Yeah Joey is a good player if managed well.

We haven't got any flair of such in mid apart from Valencia and the occasional magical Scholesy - hopefully, if he does come to us, he can provide a lot more creativty from mid.

Fingers cross no more long injuries.

Wow aren't you a big girl, you've been to finals and European Nights! I've also been to many United games, i haven't been to many this year due to financial problems and i don't watch "Live streams" actually, i pay for Sky Sports which is contributing.. a little.

Carrick has been poor, you obviously haven't been watching the full games, and he was horific against Wolves, he nearly cost us the game.

Hopefully Owen can fill in what we are missing in mid (Flair) i hope he produces some performances that he produced in 2006 World Cup. - Argubably our best player for England then.

If there's one thing Hargreaves isn't it's flair. He's an out and out ball winner and will do well infront of the defence and will feed the men ahead of him well and if Cole does go to you then he'll be the flair man. He's better than Barry so I do hope he gets to the WC.

Carrick has played well in many games this season so I don't know what you've been watching although he did play badly at Wolves yes.

I think Hagerrs last game for us was against Chelsea, he showed a lot of flair in that game and i've seen him play in Germany on a few occasions and he's got flair alright! It'll be intresting how he performs for us though, i don't think any player are the same again once their out for a long period time. He was at his peak, lets just hope he can add some style and a bit more creativity to our mid when he's fully match fit.

On Carrick: I disagree, he's been poor in recent games - He was involved in a near fatal mid air crash a few weeks ago - His plane wheels didn't open when it was about to land or something like that, perhaps this explains his rather below par performances for us recently.

I lol'd at the OP arguing that he watches the club he 'supports' on Sky Sports rather than internet streams.

Kinda flawed considering you got knocked out by Leeds at home don't you think?

Now then... where did I put my Sunderland away ticket for next weekend? Ahh right, next to the Sky box. By the way, I'm trying to work the box in my room but it's got a problem, SKY said they'll come round Friday but I'm just wondering Clowgon if you'll be able to pop round and fix it before then? Well I believe you'll be able to fix it considering the amount of time you use yours during the Premiership season.

Sorry Arron!!!!! It's wed we play them hehe. :P

It's unlikely he will feature - Probably turn up to the game that's about it. Doubt fergie will risk him in a game like this. I think he will play on Thursday's reserve game though.

Oh and that sig - That isn't the account i use on Redcafe as they don't accept gmail, hotmail accounts and blah blah - You might wanna update it, i just logged on! :P

Atleast one of United's Owens will be going to South Africa. Only joking, he'd have to do something special to get into Fab Cap's mind with only 10 games of the Premier League season left. Hopefully a good Champions League campaign will boost his chances. If I remember rightly he's a capable right back as well? Might be an option to take as a utility. He's better than Barry, but if Johnson's injured, Barry can step in and Hargreaves can go right back. He's better than Brown (who might be out for the WC 2010 anyway with a broken foot).

Yeah, Champions League Campaign... the three games that he MIGHT play if you get to the final? Capello's head is going to be turned because of three games! so easy!

Although yeah I do agree, he's a good player and can be used as utility, and is better than Barry by far. Johnson is fit now again I think anyway, so no need to panic their ;).

I've already said about the existing 10 Premier League games too. But like I said, if he makes the squad he has always been in Fab Cap's mind, and it's not purely just about form. I'm just saying if Johnson does get injured when we're out there our back up right backs aren't great.

You still haven't told me why you don't just go to AV or something you can get in there for £5 if you're a child but i don't know if that has hanged from 2 seasons ago. Seems to me you just sit here claiming to be a United supporter googling them every soo often to come out with some stats, because he was shocking against Wolves doesn't make him a bad player - Brown isn't a good defender full stop yet we still play him.

coz he does his job without a song and a dance like Darren and carrick, i think he's good although he has been withdrawn from his reserve come back now for a little while no idea when it just said until fully fit. Will that ever happen?!
