This will be interesting to see how it goes, however this could be the reason why they edited their terms and conditions? So that if you try to appeal they can be like oh well, section this says this this and this so we can't restore your account.

I do think it will cause abit of distruption with users who are banned etc. I don't think I'll enter seems a little risky!

HabbWrecked - They wont ban you unless you broke the rules somehow. Or it is classed as illegal as you have paid money into it.

Ultimate Bobba, that was it. It was all a bluff I remember correctly, they might of banned them and unbanned them shortly afterwards, but I'm pretty sure they just never bothered banning them at all?

It's not a bluff. There are separate terms of service that you have to agree to in order to enter. Should certainly spice things up - I've still applied ;)

I love it when people say that! Its not illegal. Their T&C states that they can ban you whenever they want without a reason. They can ban you right now just because they feel like it and you cannot do anything. Why? Because you agreed to their T&C before you registered. You still agree to it by playing.

By applying to enter this competition, you are agreeing to the competition T&C.

People need to get that in to their head.
