Due to frequent, err, "working out", I've developed a rather beasty right arm.
What would you suggest was the quickest/best way to beef up my left arm because my mates keep taking the mickey and girls find it creepy :). And yes, I've already changed hands ;).

Jeez, you must really be going at it.
Weights? Just dont go mad with them
that probably isnt the reason... its the fact the you do more with your right arm than your left, not that you **** too much lol
anyway, use weights. do more on the left arm than the right, but make sure you do use the right arm too!

You MUST work your arms evenly if you use weights. Over time they will correct themsleves but no one is ever perfectly symmetrical.

just have a **** with ur left arm and use weights until they're almost par with each other.
