What was the 'good reason' habbox had not to pay for a radio licence?

I'm just curious and it might come in help for other fansites that are paying for the licence. No offence to the DJ's but I'D prefer if habboxlive management or any other habbox management could reply so I can get a correct answer.

I'm assuming general management aren't replying because they are either

1) Not paying for the licence and trying to get away with it
2) None of them know why they don't have to pay for a licence
