Makeup: Good or Bad?

Do you think girls look better with or without makeup?
They say the trick to wearing makeup is to make it look like you are not wearing any.
I am more of a fan of the natural beauty and I typically don't like it when girls wear makeup (or at least, when they make it obvious that they have it on). But the strange thing is, I love gothic makeup on a girl.

Less is more I've always said, I like girls who just wear a bit of subtle make up, I'm more for natural.

Although upon saying that, some girls look amazing with a bit more on, only if it's done properly though. Patchy or orange fake tan, bitty eyeliner, loads of foundation is horrible.

My usual make up if just a bit of pencil eyeliner and some mascara. If i'm going out though I'll usually put a bit of foundation on and some eyeshadow. That's it reallllllly.

Make ups really enhance your looks and cover imperfections.To me,make ups on girls are fine as long they are not OTT.

But,I prefer natural beauty over makeups anytime of the day :)

I think that if it makes someone feel better about how they look then it's a good thing. Too much looks awful and I think natural looks much better :)

Some girls look fine without makeup sure, but it does work still. That said, makeup ought to be used to enhance features that already exist rather than create a completely false look. I voted makeup as a good thing because when done right it does look good, the only reason it sometimes looks so awful is because people are doing it wrong.

although i agree more with the phrase "there are no ugly girls, just lazy ones" so people SHOULD make an effort. but if you look after yourself get enough sleep eat healthily etc you shouldn't need makeup. make-up imo shouldn't be used to cover up things like acne and your skin tone....


plus when i stopped wearing make-up my skin got better and i actually get approached more so go figure. i still make an effort + look after myself i just don't need make-up to do that for me. nothing sexy about insecurity.

I'd rather have a girl be happy in her own skin without applying unbelievable amounts of make up. But I'm not going to tell a girl to stop wearing such amounts if she's actually happy with it. In my own opinion, I go for girls which don't wear a lot of make up, sort of like a thin or powery foundation etc. is fine for me. But the more a girls wears make up, the more I wonder why she feels compelled to wear it.

na makeups cool once they dnt plaster themself in it that is scarey, im being dead srs too much makeup = **** scarey. If I had to choose for a girl to wear loads of makeup or non id choose none.

Well there's two girls who I met relatively recently. One of them doesn't look like she's wearing make-up but she's really pretty but the other only looks pretty when she wears loads of mascara so it just depends who it is and how it's used. At the end of the day it's up to themselves though.

I wear a bit of eyeliner and some foundation if my skin doesn't look as good as I think it should be. Not much. I don't like cakeing things on xD
