The Donate Button

Considering Habbox needs to make money to keep the site(s) running wouldn't it be more sensible to have the 'Donate' button as one of the big tabs?

I mean it is in a tiny font under the forum bit - don't we want people to see it nd send a small £1.50 text or paypal?

Considering it has its own forum, its not really needed.

However, it should be added to the Welcome PM.

Well, the Donate will get noticed easier if it is a big tab and the navigator will also look better and maybe underneath in the Sub-Navigation their could be the options: 'Paypal' which has it's own page and 'SMS' and maybe another page which will list the benefits of being a Donator. I personally think it would look better!

I'm not a fan of the tab idea. Tabs should be for major navigation elements and the fact you have all seen the Donate button is proof enough it is visible, and if we add tabs for every little thing we run the risk of the navbar looking silly - at the moment it looks really neat and to the point.

This is my view also, I think the donate button is fine where it is.

Fully agree with Saurav regarding the Welcome PM, we are currently looking at re-writing this to include many things, including competitions, events and will now include donator.

Likewise. It's a nice idea but there's barely any space left on the bar as it is and if things keep being added to it, before you know it the whole forum will navigate from there! :P
