Habbo CA is looking for a new head hobba.

COMMUNITY MANAGER

Formerly known as the Head Hobba, the Community Manager is primarily
responsible for moderation and safety. Managing an often very large team
of part time Moderators, they ensure that the hotel is as safe as possible.

The Community Manager also manages Habbo Hotel's 'Hotel Guides'
programme, a scheme whereby loyal users are given recognition and
limited rights to assist other users. Through this programme and other
activities (such as writing articles for the weekly newsletter and
running online events), the Community Manager works to educate players
about general online safety and Habbo-specific account security.

As part of their role the Community Manager reports directly to the
Country Manager and manages the Community Assistants, who deal with
email Player Support queries.

Responsibilities

* Implement policies from the Sulake Community Team
* Recruit, train and manage Moderators
* Devise and implement safety education programme, including:
o Writing articles for the weekly newsletter
o Running events in the hotel
* Manage InfoBus (when present)
* Administrate hotel guides (formerly Hobba) programme
* Manage the Player Support facet of the Community Assistants' role
(in absence of Customer Services Team Leader)
* Moderation (two hours a day maximum)
* Act as first point of contact for out-of-service issues (Habbodown)
* Administrate staff user rights system for Housekeeping and client
* Obtain criminal record checks for all local staff who have direct
access to player details
* Work with site producers in event planning, ad campaigns, etc. as
a community advisor

* Computer and Internet literate
* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to work with teens
* Diplomacy and patience
* Good grasp of English
* Supervisory experience
* Online community management experience

This is an on-site position, based in Toronto Canada. You must be a
Canadian citizen or have a Visa to work full-time in Canada. You must
have access to transportation to work in the Toronto office. NO PHONE
