Pm - Banned

Hey,
When someone gets banned they can't read their pms to see why, would it not make more sense to allow banned users to have access to their pms? Obviously cutt off any connection to other habboxforum users. For example when your cautioned you can access your pms but can't send pms back to that person. Its fairly annoying. There is really no point in sending someone who is about to get banned a pm, because they won't be able to read it until their unbanned, which is silly.

i have to agree with this, i know you say use the support system but unless you know why you were banned you dont know what your appealing for? and weather to appeal or not.

na most of times its, 5-points, or, abusing staff etc, whereas in the pm it will explain where you do it etc.

No, you sorta know what you have done wrong if youv been banned by hand, like my last ban, "Abusive to staff on support system and constant abuse of staff". Explains what i have done like the original PM would, but when ur banned infraction wise is doesnt.

no, if uv been banned cus infractions it says - 6 points 1 day ban ect.

but it would save all that hassle if we could read the pm to say why we were banned, cus i cn guarantee half the people wouldnt bother appealing.

Could you not just choose to get a copy of your incoming messages to your email?

Moderator issues infraction, system sees now has x amount of infractions and bans user, and tells them its for having x infraction,ls nothing to do with the mods....

well then ur mods r rubbish, all my bans this year iv got x points as reason, aparrt frm my sammeth ban

As I said above, I shall clarify that ban reasons need to include the reason for the latest infraction with the moderators, which I have infact, already done.

u should be lucky you even get that...... some sites just give you a big white screen with the word banned on it

Okay fair enough then, I understand a ban is a ban and therefore I can't access pms, If it happens again and I do get banned I'd prefer not to recieve a pm because I won't be able to read it until I'm unbanned which is truly stupid.

When i was last banned (the incorrect one) it just said "automatic ban for 5 infraction points".

Recent/all bans can be seen on modcp/admincp, surprised the ban reasons aren't checked by Admins.
