MSDN is very expensive unless you're a higher education student or have another means like that to get into it, it would be cheaper to buy Windows 7 with a student discount (£70) if you're going down the legal route.

I would reccomend you wait, i was lucky since i got signed up for the MSDN on my level 2 course instead of level 3, i guess its just patience.

Why not get a student discount and get it for like £70?
You should've pre-ordered it for around £30.
Use http://www.software4students.co.uk/ instead, its licensed by Microsoft (they have a link or two on their student deals page) and its much cheaper if you want any software.
