It's a pretty cool game. One off payment or you can sub.
It's an MMOTPS - massively multiplayer online third person shooter, however they refer to it as an "action game" (with no elves - www.agentsvselves.com).
No tab targeting. Quite a fun game, not sure if I'm going to sub yet. It's only on patch 1.2. It isn't "open world" but there are "open zones" coming, so it's not your average "go collect this item, go kill these" to level. levelling is based on PvE instances, in which you fight against "the commonwealth", and PvP.
It is also on the Unreal Engine 3
