Do you like em? I love them.

Infact today at work we made about around 3000. Yes, three thousand! That includes chocolate chip ones and normal ones.

WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON EM?

Love them! ;D I love sticky ones!

I don't often have them at other times of the year, but they are a special treat around easter time. :D

Yep, love them :D Never heard of chocolate chip ones but the other day I saw hot cross bun loaves in the supermarket!

I don't really like them because I hate raisins/currants. I didn't know you could get chocolate chip ones though :O

mmmm loves em. toasted with butter is the BEST. never had choco ones but they sound a bit ming :(

they are irresistible tbh. SOO fatty though.

To make them.

1kg of flour
30 grams of bun spice
100grams of sugar
80 grams of oil
90 grams of yeast
mix it all together until it feels correct, add 250grams of currants and sultanas.

divide into 125 gram pieces, roll and bake for 210 degrees for 15 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
