Got a friend who needs help with their iTunes, I can't get there, so I was wondering is there a way I can remotely access their laptop over the internet to be able to help?

The only one I have ever used and it works is: All-In-One: TeamViewer full version.

There's a remote assistance sharing through Windows Live Messenger, it's hit or miss but it's an option if you don't want to faff around with new software :)
