A revision of the current userbars

Yeah, I know a lot of time has gone into these userbars, but i'm quite annoyed that each one contains a habbo-related image, which is actually worse than before. So basically, we now have a non-habbo light skin, which is great, but with userbars with habbo images in. Anyway, I know it's doubtful that these are going to be changed now, but i'm just wondering if the donator one could be changed? It's ugly, and the image inside is very pixelated and, well... vile (sorry!).

I've always donated to the forum, but I don't really want to have that as my userbar when I do.

I think just a normal dollar or pound sign pixellated would suffice. :S

I will discuss this with Sam and Alkaz, as I admit, the gold bar doesn't look too appealing. I like the sound of using a £ sign, +rep ryan

And the goldbars are even worse, they just look crap.
Also, why is it that when someone is banned they have "Temporarily banned" written and just below that the userbar for banned?

How about no images at all, and title them what they are. But one thing i don't understand is this 'christmas, anniversary and Easter wording. It looks silly to be honest and should just be VIP or Donator.

Because Donator & VIP can have custom usertitles ;)

There's nothing wrong with the bar myke suggested, and the wording you refer to is simple, Easter = Easter VIP, Anniversary = Anniversary VIP and Christmas, yep, Christmas VIP :P

I know it simple to understand, but i don't understand the logic behind it. It's like me having one that says 'Admin Control Panel' and all the others being 'purple', 'Orange', 'Magenta' and so on. The second revision of userbars included the colour to emphasise that more.

And i was referring to no images in the usertitle, not scrap them.

I understand the reasoning behind the way the VIP bars are done, but I don't think it will always be obvious that they are VIP bars. For example 'Anniversary' is very vague and a newer member would assume it was Habbox's birthday or something.

By the way, what is the 'Habbox Merit' bar?

A dollar sign is more of a universal symbol though. A pound sign would look stupid :P

Habbox Merit is ex-staff or staff who have made a large contribution into Habbox.

I see what you mean now about the VIPs, I will get "VIP" added to each of them.
