Maybe you need to reset your internal clock. When do you usually go to sleep at night?

Firstly I don't recommend sleeping tablets, if you take them for too long they can affect your brain & you can become addicted to them. (most infamous incident was with Elvis Presley)

As this has been going on for some months now, I'm guessing this isn't just a one-off, so in your case you could be diagnosed with insomnia

Have you seen your doctor? That always helps!

In the meantime, i've done a little research into insomnia and i've found some useful links you might want to look at:

I hope this helps

nothing to do with that - go to bed at 10 (i went at 9pm tonight, and guess what im not doing right now) and im up at 7 - 7.30 everyday, its been like that for 2 years.

It's not a problem, i've spoke to people who have suffered from this in the past and their explanation of it wasn't a pretty one

I've been the same really for the last couple of years. I've never touched any medication or anything though. Every so often I just stay awake for a whole day or two straight then I'm able to sleep well and hopefully get myself into a good pattern for at least a while.

I read that exposing your eyes to bright things such as computer screens or tvs before you go to sleep, affects how long it takes you to sleep... or something XD. If that helps??

In what way - makes it quicker or longer?
