Hey guys!

As usual, we've been very busy and this week bring you the following updates:



Removal of the OS sub-forums,
Changes in rep power for new users,
New userbars for Donators,
FAQ Update,
Release of Mobile Skin,
Image Resizer enabled.

Over to Oli to explain the first few updates...

We have decided to merge the Operating Systems sub forums into 'Technology Discussion'.

This sees the "Windows", "Linux & Other OS's" and "Apple" subforums merged into 'Technology Discussion' where all OS discussion should now take place.

Thanks to LukeBateson and other members of the technology section for this idea.

We have decided to change the reputation system so new members are awarded their first reputation power at 10 posts rather than 100.

We feel that new users deserve this and hope it will encourage them to post around the forums.

Following several mumbles and grumbles regarding the recent userbar changes for donator, the graphics department have taken note and improved them.

They should be live now, if not clear your cache.

After the recent introduction of the "Ex-Staff" group, we have decided to implement a FAQ item on what groups are available to join. You can view this FAQ item here (http://www.habboxforum.com/faq.php?faq=new_faq_item1#faq_forum_groups).

The Mobile Skin has now been enabled and is available to be used by all members. Everything should be in full working order, but if you do have any problems then you can report bugs here (http://www.habboxforum.com/showthread.php?t=632276).

The image resizer has been enabled, meaning pictures that are wider than 800 pixels or taller than 600 pixels, it will resize the image down to 800x600. This feature can be turned off in the General Settings (http://www.habboxforum.com/profile.php?do=editoptions) section of your User CP.
