Hey,
Does anyone know any good tasty, basic cooking skilled meals? (For dinner/tea).
I know I could easily google them but I've tried, all the meals I come across look like they are too difficult to make for my skills and others I haven't heard of some of the ingredients.
Any good healthy meals posted will get +rep
Thanks,
Rich.

if you have a steamer, you could try steamed salmon with mixed herbs. sososososo nice.
or try to have meals which are mainly based with vegetables - and possibly mixing that with prawns, chicken etc. if you cba to cook veg then buy birds eye steamed veg. it's easy to cook (plonk it in the microwave for a few mins), healthy (very low in calories), filling and tasty. i've always preferred this to fresh veg as it tastes more fresh if you get what i mean.

the steamed veg is like a little bag which you put in the microwave, 2 minutes later done and ready to eat. theres 4 seperate 'bags' in each packet, so i bought 12 packets lol as they're quite cheap. i think its around 50 calories per bag, so you can have it with rice yeah as that's pretty healthy. you could have the veg on its own (i have two bags as a meal and mix it with whatever i find really as i'm pretty lazy).

Gosh I dislike fussy people when it comes to food anyways healthy?
You could try basic wraps with a side salad such as a chicken chicken fajita (basically grab some cooked chicken add to a pan with veg oil add whatever veg you desire preferably peppers and cook to hot (not burnt) heat up your wrap and add) can also do this as a mexican wrap same guidelines just use salsa and sliced tomato.
Simple and healthy could be your basic baked jacket potatoes aswell as your panned fish (if you like that sort of stuff).
Lot's of healty foods but alot of them do take longer than the unhealthy foods O;]

Isn't pasta full of carbohydrates and that, which makes it not so healthy if you don't burn it off.. Its like rice i thought :S

Very high in carbohydrates, but yeah it is still healthy.
Have tuna with it, eating high protein with high carbs improves body's efficiency in absorbing and using protein.
... or something like that.
Boiled eggs with salad.
Easy.
EDIT: With rice, have like chicken breast with it. Have meat and some sauce if it's too dry. Like, mushroom. Mushrooms with the rice and chicken or whatever too.
