Help for buying a new car? +repp

Okay so the cars I like which I think are quite cool are suprisingly rare in this country seeming as they are american! I prefer to go for classic cars and dont want an ordinary one.

So I really want either a Pontiac Trans Am which looks like this:

I know they both cost a heck of a lot so I'm spending up to about £4000. I could get a 1980's Pontiac with that cash and a similar year with the chevy. I just need sites, UK SITES, that sell any of these cars.

Thanks a lot! Prices are like £10950 however, I saw one for way cheaper some time ago. It was like £3000

To be brutally honest, while American cars here can seem a novelty, they make as much sense here as an inflatable dartboard.

Firstly, parts and servicing will be a nightmare to obtain because it's American, especially for the Trans-Am. Parts, if needed, will need to come all the way from the States which is never cheap, especially if it's something large like a gearbox, and even if you can find a UK based parts source for it then it is guaranteed their prices will also be sky-high. That, coupled with the fact that it's an old car won't help at all.

Secondly, it would be a right kafuffle to drive over here. Our cars are RHD for a reason, and driving an LHD here would be murder when coming to things like junctions and roundabouts (unless of course, you've driven left-hand drive cars here before, in that case it doesn't matter).

Lastly, UK-spec cars have specially designed bumpers and panels that are made to withstand our harsh weathers (in comparison to the US of course). We also have different springs and shocks here so that the cars can stand our shocking road surfaces also. Converting an American car to this so as to stop it turning into a pile of rust after some snow will cost thousands.

Basically what I'm trying to say here is that, getting a decent American car here that will work properly and blend in with UK spec cars is gonna blow your kitty to smithereens (try multiplying your budget by 10).
Don't get me wrong - cruising through the estate in a classic muscle car from the states would be awesome, but it'll cost ya! you've been warned!

Thanks. I had thought this through but what the heck I'll give it a go. I've driven LHD's before as I lived in Russia for quite a bit (I took me grandads Audi 100 rofl it was terrible.)
But the Trans-Am Im not very keen on. Its very hard to find one and the ones I have found are MILES away which means I would have to travel to the city, get a taxi to where ever it is, look at the car if its any good, buy it and driving it back to Manchester would be a nightmare because the trans-am only has 4 gears lol so it would suck on the motorway.

Yes, ive saw those before. Not keen on the 2nd one, the first one however is okay but I probs woulda wanted the firebird a bit bigger lol but thats the best ive found so far so +repp
