Yeah recently I figured I've gained a bit of weight and I'm feeling fat. Like, I can't walk or run as fast as I could've before so I'm kinda wanting to lose some weight, at least back to before. So what I want to ask is, what kind of training can I do, and how should I do it? Like, I've been thinking of just running for maybe half an hour or training my biceps. Can anyone give me a guide on how I should do it? Please include how long I should run for, when I should eat (before or after training) etc.
