Thinking about making a site

Hi,

Like the title says, thinking about making a habbo fansite but obviously I don't have a clue where to start

I won't be doing this any time in the near future but it would be nice to know what i'll need and what will help.

I was thinking the obvious stuff I'll need is:
Hosting
SHOUTcast
Layout

What i'm not sure about is maintenance of the site. Finding people to help code stuff like that

Any advice would be appreciated :)

If you dont know where to start, simply dont. Theres too many fansites, and you obviously dont know what you're doing. What you might wanna do if your really keen is learn html, then css, then php and you will be on your way.
