Hiya Guys,
I dunno if there has been any posts about this before on this forum, if there has feel free to point them out to me :D

Ive emailed habbo numerous times about them but i get nowhere, i was just wondering if anyone on here knew what happened to them when they did the new habbo update?
I had loads of pics from the old habbo days (05 onwards) miss reminicing lol

Habbo pics have been gone for agggeesss. They went when the camera was used as a tool to give people errors. So they made cameras and photos those black boxes. Camers have come back now but just as furniture, I have no ideas about photos :(

yea i know they have been gone for ages but i could never get any answers as to why, thanks for letting me know, i hate that ive lost them all, there were some great habbo memories of mine on there :@

I was under the impression that it was because a couple guys on SOM managed to find a way to make custom, even coloured photos. And due to the nature of the exploit, there was apparently nothing habbo could do to prevent it without changing the fundamental way that the photo system works. So they copped out and took photos down altogether and it's never been back since.
Thought the whole thing was quite funny to be honest, that they let something like that happen.

God asif they have got rid of them. Only came back on yesterday since ages. I had loads of really good photos :( all gone. I had a photo of every Rare values desk i made, like the christmas one and then the halloween one etc. Bad move, they should have made it possible to view your photo's somewhere else, like have your own Habbo gallery. Or your old camera, if you double clicked it should have brought up a slideshow of all your photos.

Haha just looked in my hand, had two photos in there. Just black squares when you put em on the wall though lol.

I think people were only given refunds for the amount of unused film they had on their account. It would have been nice for them to extend it to the amount we had bought, but I suppose that would be asking for too much :P

It would probaly be hard to track who bought which photo anyways, like 10 years worth of photo buying and trading, deleting, dropping in peoples room. Scripting etc. Would be hard to refund everyone really. Just more annoyed at the fact they got deleted with no record of them

Didn't they once delete all the hockey sticks on the hotel, except those in your hand. An then they released them again?

I've been in a room with a full wall of black marks (photos) and it looked awsome lol
But if you only have one or two... no use at all.

I remember when they got rid of cameras.
It's so ridiculous because a few people ruined it for everyone.
I had loads of pics from 06-07 :( good ol' days.
