Where can you exchange cw (castle wars) tickets?

Since short I'm a member and I was wondering where can you exchange the tickets you get from winning castle wars?
Can somebody tell me where I can exchange them and what I can exchange them for, and if you want and/or know, can you tell me the prices of those items?
