Hello,

Can I ask why anniversary VIP is only three months? When someone has been on the forum for five years and in some cases a lot longer (Old forum etc) why do we only get three months recognition? Surely it should be a lifetime achievement :S

you're acting like it's a right. the anniversary vip is a small thank you for being a member for so long. surely be grateful that you receive even a days worth and not have to pay for it :S

Three months VIP is a lot. Considering it's hard to get VIP privilidges nowadays. I don't see VIP being given out in three month batches in any other scheme on this forum. Most users are lucky to get a month!

I think you should be allowed to keep some type of badge for life even if you don't get privelages with it.

I think three months is more than enough to recognise the achievement of being with Habbox for such a long time. As Oli has said, most members are lucky to get one month! It's not something we have to do, but because we're lovely people we give you the opportunity to have VIP for a considerable period of time and I think it is ample generosity.

We do not have a badge or achievement system as you suggest, however if one was ever implemented, we'd be sure to create one for members who had remained at Habbox for a prolonged period of time.

Perhaps a group for members who are older than 5 years old would be worth while creating then?

I just made a group for Habbox Veterans.

I just made a group for Habbox Veterans.

Can you join that if you have joined on another account which is older than 5 years?

and I also think that three months is a fair amount of time.

I consider 3 months for free as very generous, it's 3 times more than 1 month ;) We should be grateful for small mercies!

Yeh what's been said really. 3 months is more than enough, I am happy that us older members are being recognised and it's a nice and suttle little thing to say thanks, more I feel would actually be too much.

This is quite off topic but is this something you qualify for if you've been on for so long or was a one off?

If you have been a member here at Habbox Forum for five years or more, you are entitled to the three months anniversary VIP :).

Yeah, what ever happened to that? I thought we were getting this due to the high request by that poll? :P

But yeah, although 3 months is an excellent gift of appreciation, I see what he is saying by the fact that, once the VIP is gone, there is no longer any recognition of being a long-term member.

I don't really know if I am honest. What with the implementation of vB4 certain things went out of our mind. I will discuss it, but as I wrote in that poll, even if everyone voted in favour it doesn't necessarily mean we will implement it!

Okie dokie, thanks. It would be a nice addition to the forum, as long as it's not placed in a tacky sort of way. :)

I was happy with my 3 months. I didn't even know I could get Anniversary VIP until someone pointed it out ;) I still aim for Member of the Month though. It's a pain having to resize my avatars :(

I'll take 3 months VIP lol :P Just because we've been here for a long time it doesn't make us better than anyone else so free VIP forever is unfair. But there's nothing wrong with a (big) small thank you :P

I thought 3 months was great. We didn't have to get anything for being recognised as the sad acts we are aha.
