I have unstuck the thread but next time you should just PM one of the Moderators from that section or Super Moderator/Forum Admin.

I didn't know who actually could stick/unstick threads.
And when you ask a admin they normally say 'Ask someone else to do it'.

Anyway sorted now.

As Matt said, in future PM a moderator, you can see who moderates which forum at the bottom of each forum.
