View Full Version : Manchester University
Well i have always wanted to do Law with something and the 2 unis i wanted were Cambridge or UCL and they only did them with language. But then i though manchester because i'm a massive united fan and just wanted to see. They do Law with criminology and law with politics the two i wanted to do :D so yeah is it a good enough university to get me a respected degree i know it's Russell's group so i'm confident/ Does anyone go there, going there, live near there :)!
My brother's going there to do history next year. He seems quite happy with going there and he's really picky so it must have some merit.

Oh i live near there! you can come round to mine on sundays lol.
nah seriously, i know people that go there and have been there on a few visits. its pretty cool and i think youll enjoy it
yeah well it's AAA for Law with Politics and AAB for law with crim which makes me question it because it's normally AAA or A*AA now days for a respectable degree in Law. But then they are like shared but i have to get the A levels first but it looks good and i will defiantly go and have a look because i go over a lot to see the games anyway :)!

Guernsey near france but still British but Universities don't see us as from the UK and we're not in the EU so we have to pay so much more even though we shouldn't.
I'm at The University of Manchester. You will enjoy it here :).

Can't tell you much about universities but I can advertise Manchester to you :}
Trafford Centre isn't near Manchester University as Manchester Uni is in the City of Manchester. It does have the Arndale Centre which is prtty much Trafford Cantre but half the size ;]. Also has a Primark -oh yes. http://www.manchesterarndale.com/ that's just shopping for you :}

Fallowfield is the place to be. In Fallowfield the best self-catered en suite is Richmond Park. Then Sheaven House. Personally I don't see the point in en suite - just an unnecessary expense but I know some people wouldn't choose otherwise.
I don't really know anything about halls other than the ones in Fallowfield.

trust me - i need an en-suite for happiness. i don't wanna be sharing or having to wait for a shower or having to find the toilet after a night out. and at least i know ill make sure mine is clean and everything. aha

I'd look at Richmond Park then unless you want to be very close to the university.
