I think he means a full length RPG like the ds games, where as battle revoluation is just a staduim game, not even better than collosuem and XD which was disappointing.

Totally agree. Gold & Silver's designs were good, but then it just seemed like they ran out of ideas.

Red, Blue, Gold and Silver were all really great and Ruby and Sapphire was another good follow up as the Pokemon all looked like very plausible creatures (Zangoose, Gulpin, Zigzagoon, Wingull, etc), but the new ones just don't look right. It does indeed seem like they have run out of ideas and are just designing big clusters of alien-like things. It's disappointing because we all know they can do much better.

I downloaded a rom but it's so annoying not being able to understand Japanese. I'll probably play through a bit more and then leave it until there's an English translation patch and then buy it when it comes out in the UK.

1. all the new pokemon are crap apart from the 3 monkey ones
2. No new eevee extremly disapointed in that.
3. heard you dnt get any of the old pokemon in th egame? or atleast at the start. if so i like that will make me use other people then getting the usual ones. Pidgey <3

SS was easayyy. ;) I quite like some of the new pokemon, although some of the rock ones look like a chids drawn them. :L

Just got the japan version, it's so much better than all the past ds ones imo. You can run faster and skip through the text faster too. :D

I guess it's a nice feature but it doesnt really spoil the game with not having it in.

Make sure you download a patched rom which allows you to earn EXP. There's this anti-piracy thing they put in which prevents you from earning any EXP.

I'm hoping some people are working on an English patch which has translated moves and items so I don't have to keep checking what everything is. I wouldn't expect a full game translation before the game comes out in the UK.

The reason they didn't add it was because they didn't have mystery dungeon sprites (which is what the pokemon following you in HG and SS were) for all the new pokemon. They would have all had to of been changed to match the new 3D.

That's not a bad idea... I'll try it.

As long as your .sav file has exactly the same name as the .nds file it should work fine unless your using a emulator which might not work. =]

Omg, I love the fact you can get a Magikarp for 500 coins like you could in Kanto, except in B&W it is rare! :D I've looked on serebii and some of the features and amazing. The ability to battle Cynthia is an excellent feature, I just wished they threw in some classic ol' Gym leaders. And maybe even Lorielle and Agatha, both of whom we haven't seen since FR&LG.
