So i go into a casino, and the owner has just moved accounts for having over 60 scam rooms (a bit stupid to bet him i know but read on) i betted 5 hc and lost (this happened 6 times) then for the 7th and 8th go i won 30hc but when he said he will do 4x for 10hc on tie=him i betted and when he rolled a 6 ands busted he quickly logged of, the next day he said his street had a powercut (not very convincing since power cuts get sorted quit soon) he said he didn't roll the last dice and he would give me another go so i took it. and when i won 40hc he traded, didn't confirm and kick me.

k now when i report him the Mods say don't give furni only do it at your own risk.
i use the habbo help tool. and i go to the casino section and i cant give spaciffic names.
i really want to get him back by getting him banned and i did once hear that habbo staff look through chat logs
and all but i don't know how.

what can i do please help.

In the T&C (Unless they've updated it) they say that "Habbo cannot take responsibility for user-error and so we are unable to return the furniture to the user in this case."
Shame you got scammed, maybe you should bet where people are in there room and the casino/person you are betting are safe.

It IS your own fault.

You willingly gave him furniture. He's under no obligation to give you anything in return.

This is true,

This is why Habbo clearly state 'Gamble at your own risk'
Theres always going to be scammers.

That was your fault, not his, when trading you are at your own risk.
Sorry to hear you got scammed, be more careful next time.
Plus a guy with 60 scam rooms doesn't sound too trusty, does he?...

You can't do anything, you got scammed, learn from your mistakes.

Bet people that you know are legit in future. Like people you know on the forum or respected habbos

(Not totally full proof but you're less likely to be scammed that way)

agreed. The fact that you bet someone with 60scam rooms is downright stupid.
but known dealers, in the better-known casinos (zLimez, SimonU etc); you are less likely top be scammed.

It always sucks to get scammed but even if you report this to Habbo MODS they will basically tell you if there's no garuntee of payment you shouldn't of done it and they can't do anything about it. I tihnk you should just keep to betting people you know.

You could return the favour.

I can't help to think you're encouraging him to scam?!?!? :L
