Elo,

Well, it's apparently coming up to christening season (yea there apparently is one) and I'm hopefully going to be getting some DJ work over this season. Apparently christening parties are now quite popular where all the family go back to a hall and have a party (Don't ask why I just explained that haha)

Anyway, what sort of music would you play at a christening party? They're family events so nothing really dancey or anything as I don't expect many people do dance it's mainly just background music I suppose. I've never been to one with a DJ as such but the hall I'm now getting work from said they have quite a lot on over the coming month or so.

+rep to any suggestions (:

Fi its family you want a mix of old and new.

Old to get the parents/grandparents interested, and new to keep the kids happy.

Just go with cheesy party music and older music everybody knows. Beegees etc.
