I am not sure if we can rely on it though Mr. T - how can somebody predict that accurately at this present time? Where is the green para? Also the orange sleeping bag is in both categories. I am collecting a couple of things that haven't even been mentioned yet. :)

Nope due to it being released on at least one of the EN (english speaking) hotels - UK.

The way they're categorised:
Supers - unreleased on all EN hotels
Rares - released on at least one EN hotel

The mini cups were relased on AU, before merge was announced they had a value of 0.5 I myself have 2 gold ones on au :) www.habbozone.com

Diner posters haven't been released in any English hotel. Super on UK. USA it's a prize for Stay Pixles but it would take you a min of 30 months to win one, none are currently out there. And no I'm not just saying that because I have some lol :P
