Do you guys find that you trust a person too easily?

With me, I'll really not trust someone at all, but even after I get to know them just a little bit I find that I trust them too much, and reveal things which I really shouldn't :O

I tend to make sure that people gain my trust, rather than give it to them straight away. Though there has been situations where I've given my trust away too early and ended up making a big mistake by saying things I thought I could say and trust the person I told to keep it to them. Obviously not, I was wrong. xD

Oh well, lesson learnt. :D

With me, most people, my trust for them goes up and down, like i will trust someone with my life one day, then the next not give them my number or something. There are a few person i always trust though.

ive learnt to trust noone, lol, well except my boyfriend, but he doesnt trust me after what i did/ what happened, and i thought i could trust my best friend, but turns out your best not telling someone whos slightly jealous of you anything, they'll just tell someone else who they know will tell the person your keeping it from.

I trust only a few people a lot. As in, i'd tell them my pin code for my bank(s) and all that crap, and every little secret i have, i'd trust them with my life.. But to people i don't know, it depends, gut feelings are more important imo

I'm generally trusting once people have proven themsevles to be. There's only a select few who I will say I would completely open up to though.

Well, I dnt mind sharing my fb pw or anything with my siblings & cuzzins though.

But,I hardly tell things to people.I share some things with one person, and some to the other person.But,I like to just write it down in my diary :)

Hmm.. tricky question really.

I have to know someone quite close for quite some time in order to give them even the slightest of trust. I only ever tell little things to friends, and tell big things to maximum 2 people. Trusting people often backfires in your face, so I am very cautious about who I choose to trust.

i'm really open with a lot of things but when it's truly personal there's only one person i'll tell (cause he's like in love with me n ****) and even then i keep most things to myself. i can't even trust myself, i always know when i should or shouldn't say/do something but i normaly do it anyway so only got myself to blame ;o

Yeah, I trust people too easily too... but I mean, I have nothing to hide and manage to keep real private things private.

I'll trust someone if I talk to them for long enough and talk to them a lot, but if I've heard things about them, like talking about people behind their backs, I won't trust them that much

Instinct usually tells me whether or not to trust someone completely, you kind of get a feel for people just talking to them and seeing the way they act around others. I find people tend to use things they know about you to get in with someone else or as leverage for something. Most of the time I dont think someone's opinion is worth having something held against me later on so I tend not to trust everyone and anyone. That said there are certain people who I do trust unconditionally from experience.

I only start trusting someone after having known them for a number of months and judging their personality on whether or not i'd trust them keeping personal secrets. And thats still only if they become close friends.

Trust is a hard earned thing.
It doesn't matter how long you've known someone really it depends on the person itself.
At the end of the day you'll never know who to trust, so think wisely.
