Got the talent to be the ultimate Habbo fashion designer? Then we want you!
Ready to show us what it takes to become the next Alexander McQueen or Marc Jacobs in Habbo Hotel? Then we're calling on all Habbo fashion designers because here's your once-in-a-lifetime chance to show your talent and rise to the top.
The ultimate winner of the Habbo Runway competition will win the opportunity to have their clothing designs turned into Habbo clothes, worn by millions of Habbos worldwide.
Okay, let's break it down: this competition will last for 4 weeks, so better make sure you've got the coffee pot brewing 24/7 'cos we need your energy to last that long. For the first 2 weeks, you'll be competing against all the other Habbos in Habbo SG/MY/PH. After picking a shortlist, we'll be putting them to a vote and the winning designs will be put to a global vote, where all Habbos around the world will have the chance to vote on which design they think is the best.
The top Habbo fashion designer will be announced at the 4th week, during Habbo Fashion Week. This will be a week-long grand finale packed with fashion shows, games, and performances. The top designer will be chosen from the top 3 designs with the most votes — and guess whose the celebrity judge? That's right: it's fashion icon, singer, and actress Miley Cyrus.
What do I need to do?
Send in your design for new Habbo clothes by 26th of April at 1800h. From the submissions, we'll choose the 15 most fashionable designs to take part in a vote for the community's best design. The winner of the local vote will then have their design submitted to represent Habbo SG/MY/PH for the global vote.
The winner of Habbo Runway will get their design transformed into Habbo clothing, receive a year's worth of VIP Club membership, the entire set of Habbo Runway furni to start their own fashion house, and an exclusive winner's interview with the Hotel Manager and a place in the spotlight on all 15 Habbo Hotel sites around the world.
So how do I start designing?
· Your pixel art needs to be either 145x145 pixels or 580x580 pixels only. Go beyond this sizes and you're out of the competition. Please follow the usual submission guidelines (http://www.habbo.com.sg/help/43) when creating a Habbo image.
· Your design needs to be in scale. You can download the Habbo templates once you approve of the Terms & Conditions.
· Please don't include any brand names in your design.
· You need to approve the Terms & Conditions of this competition in order for us to accept your submission.
