I'm coming up to that age, but I'm wondering when to expect changes, any help?

I think I was about 12, so five years ago. You don't really need to be 'expecting a change' change happens like up till you're 18, some people develop earlier than others etc.

I'm thinking 11 but it might have been 12, changes are pretty gradual really so I can't exactly pinpoint the day it all kicked off. I was lucky enough to not have the whole squeaks and barks thing going on when my voice broke so can't even recall when that happened either, but around 13/14 I believe.
There are plenty of people who notice no changes until the mid-to-late teens, which I imagine could be embarassing at the time but makes no difference to the eventual outcome - these people can often have a faster development so that it all catches up fairly quick, so unless you're severely malnourished it's unlikely that you'll be going off to college and uni with a completely undeveloped body and mind.

bout 12
I was about 11/12, I'm probably one of many that don't actually remember the day they started, but like 'Gay' said, don't expect changes, when they happen, they'll happen. You'll experience the same changes as everyone else :)

I don't remember when but I do remember once when I had a week off school, went back and everyone laughed at me cos my voice had changed

Wow you're an early developer!
I only first shaved a few months ago and i'm 15
You don't suddenly notice changes, just gradually. It's actually impossible to tell your voice has changed, cos it changes so gradually over time. But for me, I used to do co-host a very amateur radio show, and the shows got recorded, listened to them like a year back and my voice is so much higher, I never noticed it change though.

Same as this
I really wouldn't be worried about it, you or any body else wont even notice if they see you regularly
Around 11-13. It goes by pretty fast haha.

Hmm.. I hit quite unexpectedly actually. I was 11 & I was told by teachers that it normally starts at like a later age, so I thought I was deformed, but yeh, my voice broke at aboutt.. 13 i think, might of been 14 actually. but its like gradual stages. you dont wake up and have your genitals covered with hair everywhere, bit by bit. ;)

My voice has pretty much finished being a total **** and is now deep and sexy rather than squeky and annoying. I reckon mine started in year 7 so 11-12(?). At this point in time I'm getting hairier and I'll probs need to shave soon.
I think I was 12. I remember finding the first hairs down there and thinking omg.

you cant really pin point an exact time when it started because all these changes will happen gradually.
i first started noticing proper changes when i was in year 7, when i started getting a bit of hair downstairs, small bits of acne etc, then my voice broke when i was 13, around the start of year 9 i think.
but these things all happen at different times for everyone :)

It's quite hard to know when you "start" puberty. Hormones run through you for months before you start noticing any visible changes and it doesn't stop until you're 21.
I'd say age 11-12.

So basically you're saying you were at your full height and had adult amounts of facial hair at age 15? You don't usually stop puberty until you're 21.

Some people don't. I know others who are 6 foot 5 and can grow a full beard when they're 17!

Sometimes the physical aspects finish earlier but there will still be changes afterwards such as taste in food and various other hormonal-driven bahaviours

Stopped noticing the changes much. And to be honest I thankfully did stop growing around that age. I'm around 6'1" and have been for a few years now. Not the amounts of facial hair though.

I wish i would grow more facial hair, i'd lose a little bit of the baby-face thing. I only get a very shaggy beard, KINDA like this (http://img299.imageshack.us/img299/5061/cimg9421fm5.jpg) (near the chin) but it isn't as thick... and yeh

I'm the opposite. I wish I didn't grow as much, and that my face was more smooth, and not as rough :(

I've been able to grow facial hair/beard since I was like 14. It sucked, but it's kind of fun now.

Early stages started at about 11/12 But I never got anything straight away, things happened slowly over time, like my voice didn't suddenly break, it slowly went over time.

I think I was quite a late starter, maybe 13 or something, lol. First time I remember ************ (with my friends lmao cringe) my voice didn't break until like year 10 too, lmao.

It changes from person to person. I was probably like 12/13 when I first started. I probably have to shave once or twice a week and it's not a full on beard if I leave it and I'm 19... One of my friends who is 23 has no facial hair whatsoever and hardly ever needs to shave. It just depends on you as a person :)
at the age of 3.

I was born mid-way through puberty luv, no comments please.
