I think I'd go for Google, although I am not a technology guru, they are very influential worldwide (although I recognise the other companies are to an extent to) and I would like to be part of that.

Microsoft, I love everything they do. Their hardware is superb, their software is always interesting (if not always as superb as the hardware) and they get too much bad press and not enough recognition considering they have their OS on the vast majority of computers operating atm.
