Heat protection

Hi what heat protection do use before you straighten/curl/blow dry your hair? I use the red V05 styling spray. :D

aussie stuff, but when i dont straighten it i just use a leave in conditioner

i use Redken Iron Silk 07, on recommendation of my hairdresser. pretty expensive but works better than most i've tried. otherwise i'm same as abbie, just use leave-in conditioner to give my waves a boost ;o
