It figures, I really loved this movie, but I haven't bought it yet.

Don't bother. Hold off until November like my article says.

Your word isn't law. You said Avatar wouldn't sell well on DVD.

Am I the only one who disliked it?

The 3D element was the reason I wanted to watch it.

When did I say that, Duo? Never. I said it wouldn't look good on DVD and Blu-ray. And oh look, it's not getting a 3D release until November. On the contrary, I said Avatarwould be a mechanical success both theatrically and on home entertainment formats. Biggest marketing drive in the history of cinema is what instigated that.

No magic, I also disliked it, as did hordes of others who aren't attracted to sour storytelling.

My word - the law? Yes, of course... I was giving him helpful advice to get the superior package when it gets re-released in November. Unless of course he desires to get both. Did you even read the article?

yeah they kinda tricked people with avatar in my opinion because they know alot of people will buy it without thinking about 3d when thats what they wanted so some will buy it again when the 3d one comes.

Just thought I would say that I am a she not a he, but it's ok :P
And I think I will, it will probably be a better deal :D Thanks for your advice. (If I wait until November, not get it now.)

My friends all think it's the greatest film ever made, I had a cold when they went to see it.

Adam (Misawa) and I talk a lot so I know it's sour. I'll probably see it at one point though.

Hate the movie. Hate the script. Without the 3D what's the point in watching it?

A reasonable film, but epically overrated. A remake of Pocahontas.

And any sensible company would release it in 2d now and 3d in November so that idiots buy it twice and they make more $$$.

Only saving grace was the 3D.

Not worth the hype.

I hated Avatar, its too long and boring. :L

I suppose it didn't help my cinema chair was bent forward and it was full and I needed a wee. :P

Doesn't surprise me, who had the previous record?

Yeah, I was really disappointed when I put in my Blu-ray to see there were no extras. I still enjoyed the movie, again, and loved how great it looked on my screen. Still disappointed, depending on what "extras" are on the November release, I may trade-in and rebuy.

Well, in my opinion, the 3D wasn't all that important. I enjoyed the storyline.

I really don't understand why people like Avatar, it was so long and boring and had no storyline whatsoever. Then again, i didn't watch it in 3D.

Oh well, congratulations to them.
