Kick-ass was an absolute let down, not once did i 'Laugh out loud' i did the laugh through your nose laugh a couple of times BUT THATS NOT GOOD ENOUGH MCLOVIN, the funniest parts was when the little girl swore and i could of youtube'd that. Anyway if you've seen Superbad and role models and you thought oh i might go see kick-ass cause of christopher who plays as fogell and oggy, well dont its not worth gettin a numb ass for.

Look more carefully for pre-existing threads, please. It's a fantastic film, you are very much alone in your opinion, sir.

I didnt really laugh out loud either when i watched too, but i still REALLY enjoyed it. Its a really nice film. It did make me laugh and smile, and it also pulled me in, in its most intense moments. I liked it ,but hey, we all get our own opinions.

Well its a completely different genre to superbad tbh. Superbads aim wasnt to make a super hilarious movie.

Mintz-Plasse has only been in a couple of films - Kick-Assbeing his fourth. Superbad was his very first and Year One is such an awful film, he doesn't have much of a resume right now. He's very good in Kick-Ass, but he's very much in the shadow of Chloe Moretz and Nic Cage.

You really do come out with the strangest posts. He is not alone, as I agree with him to an extent.

"Alone" isn't singular. Of course people share his opinions, but reviews from critics and fans alike have been overwhelmingly positive, that's all I'm saying. I'm fine with him not liking it.

I agree that he's in their shadow, personally I didn't like him in the film (I felt it would have been better with an unknown actor rather than using him and living off his Superbad fame) however only in the context of Kick-Ass is he overshadowed by Nicholas Cage. In case you haven't noticed, everything else he's made since Face Off was pure crap.

I'm afraid not, Nazi.

Yes, Stack, in the shadow of Cage and Moretz strictly in Kick-Ass.

Misawa you've been told.

What because you and two other people agree? lol. Tbh i think the 8.4 rating witht he 30,000 votes makes you lot praticly 'alone' in your opinion so yes, misawa is right. Im not saying your unititled to your own opinion, im just saying that your opinions are wrong.

8.4 on IMDb essentially means it's regarded as a brilliant film.

Thanks, Sponge Bob.

A funny bit that springs to mind involving McLovin is when Red Mist jumps off a step or low railing and is like 'OWW' :P It's an amazing movie.
