Richie Thanks for detailed Comment. We Have Just Opened Today So some of the stuff isn't as polished as some of the site... Like Some Pages Have No Pictures Its a working progress...
I was going to get my graphics manager to do a banner But she quit so the banner that's up now is a quick thing I whipped up . The copyright I was under the impression that you had to pay for copyright?
The radio stats is a bit of a problem it wont resize we do auto size or specify a size and wont change

Also I Quite Like The Forum Skin Im going to upload some new buttons soon and change coulors and change banner

Elliott is currently away on vacation at the moment and so can't comment on the thread. I'm co-owner of the site (Habpod.com) and I just thought I'd inform you that due to us not wanting our "reputation" tarnished before were barley even open with allegations of stealing/ripping layouts. We will no longer be using the current one up at the moment (05/5/10 18:22) instead we will be using one designed by our site technician

Right Just To clear This Up Jukebox we did not steal the layout it was re-realeased by someone who must have leeched it off your site.
Also There was no copyright on this layout. So theres no proof that you realy owned it. And aswell we have changed most of site so you cant take any action. Were sorry what incovienience or miss-understanding This has caused.We Havent done anything wrong and Dan i was gunna buy i had the funds but then One of ourstaff found this released in a hack forum. Sorry again we have changed it now.
