I tried making that into standard english but still dont make sense

you get a casket that has 1 of 2 random prizes either a' 199million gp or 11million dungeoneering xp

You get 3x leaflet that gives 175xp in theiving, and access to the theiving guild.

Hanky points are points which you get from pickpocketing the NPC/thieiving from chests, can trade up to 60 i think a week and you get XP for it (i was getting about 67xp per point)

The amount of hanky points depend on your level, as does the amount of experience to add to above :).

Also you have access to 3 'sub-quests' with thieving xp and the 2nd one has quite a lot of items which make about 90k I think, they're all reasonably short.
