Dominican flag - super rare?

Hey everyone.

I was wondering if the dominican flag is a super rare? because its not in the catalogue and Ive esen people selling it for HC's but, its not on habbox rare value, also if it is a super rare or rare please could I have a value?

I would say it's super rare but that's my opinion :P

If it was given out to people, and not released in the catalouge, then it's technically a super rare. But most people think "O, super rare, must be worth loads" Thats not always the case, i mean look at all the ecotron furni on the super rares page. If it was given out to everyone, and not so long ago, then i can see it being worth 0.5CS. But i've only returned for about a month now so i don't know how this furni got released.
