Came out today I think, or yesterday. Either way, went to see it today and I RECCOMEND it to all. Tony Stark is as cocky as ever, the one liners and puns that come out of that movie are gold, everyone laughed at some point or another. There's references to other Marvel characters, with Nick Fury making an appearance and a bland reference to "The Avengers". Really... Top notch. It all seemed to glue together pretty damn well, and I enjoyed it thoroughly. Probably enjoyed it more than I did Avatar actually.

By the way, if you go and see it STAY and watch the after-credits, theres a hint to what will be in the next Marvel production. ;)

Decent movie. I preferred Iron Man over Iron Man 2 though. I did like how the story developed throughout.

I did like how the Iron Man & Iron Man 2 movies linked together like sequels properly should. The movie starts where the first film ended, and then theres a 6 months later (but that is justified, trust me). It all worked pretty seamlessly, there was no unnecessary scenes, all straight to the point with alot of character development. You seen things which you didn't see in Tony Stark at first.

I saw it on Thursday and thought it was pretty good. Probably preferred the first one, but that's usually the case. Only thing I didn't like was how quick the final battle was.

And yeah, I learned from my mistake and stayed for the credits ;)

It's already been chosen, check imdb? I was watching something and they've even chosen the character for Captain America (I think it's gonna be the human fireball from Fantastic 4).

I went to see it on Sunday. I liked it but wasn't as good as I was hoping for.

Now I know films are generally quite surreal and I expect that. But I thought building a particle accelerator and somehow using it to create a 'new' element was taking the piss.

At least an "iron man" suit/exoskeleton is plausible.

I just got back from seeing Iron Man 2 but I can barely give a valid opinion as the film was almost completely ruined for my by an unbelievably inconsiderate family who decided to constantly talk, use their phones and at one point had the nerve to call someone up and have a conversation. Not only that but they decided to bring a six year old child who yelled, screamed and ran up and down the isle for the duration of the film. Then y'know what? They left 20 minutes before the film ended. Recently I just haven't been having a good time at the cinema. With people like this and with the prices constantly increasing as they do, I might as well stop going.

What a crap final fight. I thought the film was generally good but they cut the main bad guys screen time so much. they ended the fight with the drones stupidly. oh wait i have these lazers which kill anything in my suit what a load of crap. also the final final fight is not epic its terrible it lasts like a whole of 40 seconds? and why wasnt he wearing his mask. hes got this bullet proof armour yet he takes the mask off its just so the actor playing him got more screen time.

Yeah this kinda annoyed me. I didn't like Stark and Black Widow getting it on either because I like him and Pepper together aha. The nod to Captain America was pretty sweet though.
What made the film for me though, was the suitcase. Man, when I was a kid watching Iron Man on CITV he always stepped into the suitcase to put the suit on, and now he does it in the film :D It was awesome.
