I'm looking to buy some computer parts from ebuyer. I am looking on their site atm and It doesn't say whether it does or doesn't do delivery to the ROI.

I don't think they do, but even if they did do I imagine the shipping costs would be pretty high.

Northern Ireland, Eire, Scottish Offshore, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man
