It all depends on how much they make - and I don't think they make a lot of profit.

I don't think its worth more than £2,000 - mainly because of its activity. You also have to remember, its a fan site, meaning only Habbo users would realistically want to buy it.

About £3.50. User base is too young, users are too disassociated and user base is too small to be worth anything.

Just donator could pull in over a grand yearly?

One can almost guarantee it could be sold for a considerable sum more, though.

Donator does bring in quite a fair amount of money but a lot of that goes towards running costs.

I'd say atleast £4.00, actually, because of the classic forum skin.

The most we have been offered for was £5000 about a year ago about 2 months before I joined sierk as owner, our running cost on average is £300 per month, google advertising revenue brings in about £225 per month.

Ace. Would you and Sierk ever sell? Don't worry guys, I'm not planning to take over just 100% curious but obviously if you'd prefer that information wasn't disclosed than that's 100% understandable also.

That's twice!

Immenseman is definitely, without a shadow of a doubt, planning a take over!

It's an appealing fansite though, obviously unless you're interested in Habbo then you're unlikely to want it. Those that are interested in Habbo it's an interesting opportunity. Sulake would love to have something like this in my opinion, it's pretty representative of all users (age, gender, race, whatever).
