I've been bored today and I decided to code a layout. And I seem to have this problem with the layouts padding. Can anybody help me please?

If the intended final height is 30px, you need to subtract 7px padding off the height. Height is made up of height and padding. It's best to put a no-repeat attachment on the background too :)
