A while ago i posted my first flat that i bought. Basically, that one fell through, because it was on the 6th floor, and apparently mortgage lenders dont give mortgages above the 4th. Anyways, ive now got another, its alot more, around £80,000, but this time the mortgage is sorted and now where just waiting for a date to move in. Heres a pic. :)

You should post some pictures of the inside when you move in, or maybe do like a Moving In Diary thread when every day/week you post what you've done to the flat & how the moving in process is going. (:

Thanks, good news! It was accepted. We still have to go through inspections and appraisals but we got a good deal because of our payment method. I'm really excited.

yea i got a deal on this because i paid cash. got about 7-8k knocked off :) its really nice inside aswell, its just the pictures are so small. i will post some when i get in :D
